Vineyard Notes
Grapes were sourced from 70+ year old vines at Adrian Hoffmann's vineyard at Ebenezer in the northern end of the Barossa Valley. 

Winemaking
After fermentation in small parcels the wine was matured in 50% new French oak for 18 months prior to bottling.

Tasting Notes
Deep intense ruby red in colour. Savory fruit with ripe berry fruits overlaying spicey oak characters. The fruit is long and balanced for ease of drinking when young and as a mature wine. 

Peak Drinking / Cellaring Potential
This wine will continue to mature until at least 2035.
Only 1800 bottles produced, each individually numbered.
