Awarded 95 points and Top Rank from Huon Hooke, who noted it to be  a powerful, high-potetial shiraz.

Vineyard Notes
Grapes were sourced from Adrian Hoffmann's vineyard at Ebenezer in the northern end of the Barossa Valley. 

Winemaking
After fermentation in small parcels the wine was matured in 50% new French oak for 18 months prior to bottling.

Tasting Notes
The colour is rich and deep with purple tones. The flavours are concentrated but with a finesse and poise and associate with old vine Barossa shiraz.

Peak Drinking / Cellaring Potential
This wine will continue to mature until at least 2036.
Only 2000 bottles produced, each individually numbered.
