Winemaking
Matured in 50% new French oak for 20 months prior to bottling. This wine demonstrates old vine wine can be both intense and elegant.

Tasting Notes
Ruby red in colour with fresh fruit flavours of plum and red berries.

Peak Drinking / Cellaring Potential
This wine will continue to mature until at least 2030.
