Grapes grown at Greenock sub-region – Western Barossa.
Winemaking
Fermented in a small open fermenter and matured in 300 Litre oak barrels - 50% new French and 50% 1 year old American oak.
Tasting Notes
Typical of wines from the region with rounded grainy tannins which provide body and support to the fruit. Forrest berry fruits of Blackberry, black cherry, and plum with oak derived vanillin.
Peak Drinking / Cellaring Potential
Still young, drink now until at least 2030. Only 800 bottles, each individually numbered.
